Nussbaum: Extra services always included

Leo Burnett designs a corporate campaign for Nussbaum, a manufacturer of plumbing and heating equipment.

Within the framework of an agency evaluation, Nussbaum decided to work with Leo Burnett. The Olten-based family business has been in existence since 1903, has over 400 employees and is a household name for every Swiss sanitaryware manufacturer. The clear USP: Nussbaum is the only company that develops, manufactures and directly sells sanitary and heating installation systems. That's why Nussbaum customers get more than just first-class products: The price includes many special services that are not available elsewhere.

In the new campaign by Leo Burnett, these services are represented by the people who provide them: the employees responsible in each case. Four print subjects show Nussbaum employees who come with the products - from Peter, who makes custom products, to Ueli, who conducts very personal training sessions with customers. In short films on a Microsite the employees use examples to tell what they can do for their customers.

The campaign can be seen in trade magazines, on selected billboards and at POS.
