Compresso launches the "Brack.ch Test Force

Together with the Swiss online retailer, Compresso starts the second round of the extensive communication measures for the 2017 campaign.

The Swiss online specialty retailer Brack.ch is once again expanding its strength in terms of service quality and advice. This is now also to be emphasized in terms of communication. With immediate effect, there is the "Brack.ch Test Force" under the leadership of Paul Inspect. Together with the Brack.ch managers, the Zurich agency Compresso developed more than just a marketing vessel. The service and consulting activities of Brack.ch are to be given a face and will be embodied by the artificial figure with immediate effect: Paul Inspect is the approachable contact person who combines know-how, mischievousness and seriousness and also assists customers with somewhat more specific product questions.

With self-irony, Brack.ch offers a look behind the scenes and at the goings-on in the halls of its own logistics center in Willisau. There, meticulous and passionate tests are carried out for all they're worth. And this is done by real employees who appear in test force uniforms.

But Paul Inspect is not only backed by real Brack employees in the TV commercial. In reality, too, the test force is made up of experts who are responsible for the various product categories. This means that precise and competent information can be provided. In addition, the Test Force helps to facilitate product selection so that the right purchase decision is made. To this end, the experts regularly conduct extensive endurance tests and provide background information on the products as well as personal tips.

The communicative home of the "Brack.ch Test Force" is its own online presence at Brack.ch/testforce. On this page the product tests are published and tips are given. Customers can also contact the Test Force directly. More additional features will follow in the future.

The launch will be accompanied by a wide variety of communication measures: Out-of-home advertising, special bundles in two Sunday titles, and various online communications. The focus is on the TV spot, which was created and realized together with three Sportflash billboards by the Winterthur film production company Zweihund.

Compresso is responsible for the entire annual campaign of Brack.ch in 2017. Further activities are planned for the current year. For example, the Test Force will tour German-speaking Switzerland in the fall as part of a roadshow, and the mobile promotion "Find the Brack in the Bag!", which kicked off the Brack.ch year in February, will also take off again in the second half of the year.
