Swiss Post has revised its brand strategy in response to changing customer behaviour. To this end, it has developed a vision of how customers should experience the Post: "My Post sets everything in motion to make my life easier - when, where and how it suits me." This postal experience is the essence of the new brand film.
The film uses a dynamic parallel montage to tell the stories of four customers whose lives are made easier by Swiss Post. Seed developed and realized the film in close collaboration with Swiss Post.
The film is used in the context of presentations, events and online, for external and internal target groups.
