On October 24, 1967, the legendary Karl Schweri opened Switzerland's first food and luxury food discount store. According to the press release, serving its customers has always been Denner's raison d'être. To mark its 50th birthday, Denner is focusing on the wishes of consumers in a special way. In its anniversary campaign #zuteuer, Denner is calling on the Swiss population to mark products that they feel are too expensive and report them to Denner. Consumers do this with the specially produced #zuteuer stickers. Participants upload the cell phone photos of the items (or services) marked in this way to the campaign website Zuteuer.ch. With a bit of luck, you might even get one or two things for free. And Denner is committed to offering the products at lower prices, according to the press release.

The #zuteuer stickers will be available in selected Denner stores from March 18, 2017. The campaign will be accompanied by a commercial that will be used on TV, in cinemas and online, advertisements as well as online and POS appearances.
