The NZZ e-Paper App is now available, offering the Neue Zürcher Zeitung, the NZZ am Sonntag, and all supplements on smartphone, tablet, and desktop in the familiar NZZ look. The main added values of the new NZZ e-Paper app are wide-ranging. However, the highlight of the NZZ e-Paper is the 1:1 look between print and digital edition.

The new e-Paper film, which Manifesto Films realized, is based on this replica idea. The 3 vignettes show that you can access your e-Paper app anywhere and anytime. To illustrate this and the replica idea, visual tricks were developed that playfully connect the real NZZ with the virtual NZZ. The staging concept is based on a surprising storytelling that plays with perception and deception.

Thus, the respective moving assets show three different features: The first vignette at the breakfast table plays with the replica idea. The second vignette shows the wide range of newspapers and supplements offered by the e-paper app. The last vignette explains that the app can be accessed at any time, each time as a completed daily version. The films can be seen on the NZZ e-Paper App website and in a broad online campaign.
