Weather forecasters start #Cheesechallenge

As part of the Coop campaign for the fondue and raclette season, social media activities are taking place, hosted by the Muotathal weathermen.

After the recently published TV commercial "Chli stinke muess es", Coop launched several social media activities - so-called #Cheesechallenges. The first of these was a live broadcast on Facebook on Thursday, October 13, 2016, with the three Muotathal weathermen Alois Holdener, Martin Holdener, and Martin Horat. Viewers could be there in real time while the three gentlemen ate fondue in a cozy round and were asked by presenter Miriam Rickli about their job as weathermen. Curious Facebook users had the opportunity to ask questions, which were answered live by the Muotathalers.

Every week, the three weather forecasters now also present a #Cheesechallenge via a short video on Coop's social media channels. Users are asked to share their own contributions on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. The prize is a weekend for two in the Engadine. The first task - putting together the most creative raclette pan possible - was already announced during the live broadcast.
