New leadership for Spool
Olivia Weber hands over operational management of Spool. Franziska Mader and Marcel Brauchli took over the management of the Zurich branch at the beginning of March 2024. Together with Diego Albillo as Lausanne branch manager, they are now responsible for the operational management of the agency, which has been active throughout Switzerland since 1997.
According to the press release, Olivia Weber will remain CEO. However, she will focus more on the strategic direction and continue to contribute her many years of experience to mandates. The change will allow her to free up "more capacity" for the Lausanne office, where she will continue to develop the French-speaking Switzerland market together with Diego Albillo. Andrea Bosshard will continue to support her as CFO.
"I am delighted that Franziska, Marcel and Diego will be taking over the operational management of Spool. With this internal succession, we are not only demonstrating continuity, but also relying on the extensive experience and expertise of three long-standing employees, who will now take us forward in the new management organization as proven promotion specialists," Weber is quoted as saying in the press release.
