This significant step has been carefully planned over the course of the partnership in recent years, according to a press release from Valencia Kommunikation. Since the acquisition of Cab Services by Valencia Kommunikation in 2016, the two companies have "grown closer in small and large steps", developed culturally and now work as "agile, collaborative companies", the statement continues.

One-brand strategy

As a result, the companies have come together at a common point, which means that the time has come to continue both companies under a one-brand strategy. This decision was also supported by the employees of both companies: "With the merger, we are pursuing the strategic goal of offering comprehensive communication on the market under one brand. To achieve this, not only the processes had to be mutually adapted, but also the culture. We have now achieved this. We have received nothing but positive feedback from our employees for this merger step," says Valencia CEO Michael Gerber.

Through the merger, Valencia Kommunikation is now combining "its creative and digital expertise with a strong focus on customer service". This integration will take place gradually and will be completed in around six months. Nothing will change for the clients of both companies, except that the broad service portfolio of the two agencies can be accessed even more quickly and efficiently.
