Furthur: Well-known media heads found new social media agency

Dominik Lämmler (formerly Meta, Adextra, 20 Minuten), Alice Talotti (formerly Meta, Dyson) and Peter Wälty (formerly 20 Minuten, Newsnet, Tamedia Commercial Publishing) found Furthur - a new agency for social media marketing.

For several years, Dominik Lämmler and Alice Talotti advised various agencies in Switzerland and Germany at Meta. With the social media marketing agency Furthur AG, they are now pooling their experience and offering clients or agencies their expertise in all aspects of social media marketing - even beyond Meta - without any detours. Furthur AG is complemented by Peter Wälty. The digital storytelling expert completes the agency with his expertise in telling brand stories.

Every day, Lämmler and Talotti at Meta were bombarded with questions from advertisers, according to a statement: "What does the Boost button do?" "How do I set up a campaign in the tool?" Social media advertising has become a science, he said. This is where many companies feel left alone. Dominik Lämmler was previously an agency partner at Meta DACH, where he was responsible for the strategic development of the largest agencies. In his professional career, he has founded various digital start-ups or built them up for media companies. Among other things, he served as Head of Sales and Chief Sales Officer for various media companies in Switzerland. He also founded a digital advertising marketer and is co-founder of the Swiss e-commerce cashback loyalty program.

As Agency Solutions Manager at Meta, Alice Talotti advised media agencies in Germany and Switzerland on all aspects of Meta's business tools. Prior to that, she worked on the media agency side and managed campaigns from strategy to planning and set-up to reporting.

Peter Wälty looks back on 25 years of experience in Internet journalism. He has built up, managed or accompanied numerous Internet portals and editorial teams in Switzerland: 20 Minuten, Tages-Anzeiger, the Newsnet complex, Blick. He also founded the Commercial Publishing division at Tamedia and launched the social network ReSurf.
