Furrerhugi expands management and partner board

Furrerhugi has appointed four new partners and strengthened its management team. This is to ensure that the future of the agency continues to be owner-managed.

Back (l.t.r.): Stefan Regez, Pascal Ihle, Andreas Hugi, Thomas Meier, Martin Stoll, Eric Marbach; Middle (l.t.r.): Chrystel Domenjoz, Petra Wessalowski, Lisa Kneubühler, Alexandra Hofer; Front (l.t.r.): Lorenz Furrer, Lorenz Jaggi, Helen Wili, Angelo Geninazzi, Willi Brand.

The Furrerhugi agency has appointed four new partners: Alexandra Hofer, Lisa Kneubühler, Eric Marbach and Stefan Regez strengthen the partner body. In addition, Lorenz Jaggi joins the management team as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Managing Partner. Helen Wili, long-time head of the back office, will join the management team as Chief Financial Officer. The expansion of the Board of Partners and the strengthening of the Executive Board create the prerequisites for continuing to shape the future of the company in an owner-managed manner.

Alongside Andreas Hugi and Lorenz Furrer, Lorenz Jaggi heads the agency's business as Managing Partner and co-owner. He began his career at Furrerhugi more than 15 years ago as an intern. Today, as a partner, he handles numerous mandates in the political environment. He is also managing director of the Swiss Capital Region and of Glasfasernetz Schweiz. Helen Wili will also join the Executive Board as the new Head of Finance and HR. As a long-standing head of the back office and secretary to the Board of Directors, she has known Furrerhugi for over 12 years.

The existing board of partners will be expanded to include consultants from Bern and Zurich, representing the agency's diverse range of expertise:

Alexandra Hofer already worked for various advertising and communication agencies and helped build up the start-up Brands Are Live while completing her master's degree at the University of the Arts Berlin and the University of St. Gallen. Since 2020, she has also been a project manager at the Swiss Blockchain Federation. The focus of her work is on the further development of Furrerhugi's New Tech mandates. In this context, she has taken over the co-presidency of the recently founded Swiss Metaverse Association.

Establishment and expansion of the agency

Lisa Kneubühler complemented her studies at the University of St. Gallen with an additional diploma in business journalism and worked in a communications agency parallel to her studies. After working for Farner Consulting and UBS, she supported clients at the interface between strategy and communication with her own company Crescom. Most recently, she worked for the Swiss Bankers Association. One of her main areas of expertise is corporate and association communications.

After graduating in political science and economics, Eric Marbach built up a strong network through his engagements at Swiss embassies and his work at Presence Switzerland (DFA). For the past five years, he has been primarily responsible for public affairs mandates at Furrerhugi.

With over 25 years of experience in journalism and publishing management, Stefan Regez has extensive knowledge of the media world. With his expertise, the former head of consumer magazines at Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz and communications coach enriches the agency's media work and strategic consulting competence.

As part of the partner board and as co-owners of Furrerhugi, the partners will henceforth be jointly responsible for the management of the mandates as well as the development and expansion of the agency.
