Ads & Figures: New employees on the Board of Directors and Executive Board

A lot is happening at the digital agency at the start of the year. Two new members were elected to the Board of Directors and the founders were reappointed to the Executive Board.

Change at Ads & Figures: In December 2022, two new members, Arben Lekaj and Carlo Badini, were elected to the Board of Directors, and Jean-Claude Zulauf and René Linder were also recalled to the digital agency's Executive Board in mid-January. The latter are old acquaintances: They founded Ads & Figures in 2016 together with Fabian Wydler, but left the agency in 2021 to pursue new projects.

Now both are returning to the agency as CEO and CPO with immediate effect. The previous CEO Fabian Wydler will remain on the company's Board of Directors. About a year after Ads & Figures co-founders Jean-Claude Zulauf and René Linder left the agency to support the development of the subsidiary Farie at Carvolution, both will return to the management as of mid-January - as CEO and Chief Product Officer, respectively. Fabian Wydler, former CEO and also co-founder, will remain on the Board of Directors.

This decision was preceded by a reconstitution of the digital agency's Board of Directors in December 2022. The existing board was expanded to include the two successful entrepreneurs Carlo Badini and Arben Lekaj.
