Tincan celebrates anniversary and grows

At the end of January, the Zug-based creative agency Tincan celebrates its 10th anniversary. This will be celebrated - among other things with new employees for larger digital web platforms.

What was initiated in 2009 with a feature film as a Matura thesis and started as a start-up on January 25, 2013, is now a marketing and communications agency with 30 employees. The agency operates in four areas: strategic marketing (Tincan Hello), digital creations and websites (Tincan Digital), online marketing (Tincan Clicks) and video content (Tincan Motion).

Peter Niederberger, one of the partners and co-founders of Tincan, is pleased with what has been achieved so far, the modern workplace in the Creative Cube and the holocratic corporate culture that has emerged. At the same time, however, he takes the obligation to constantly improve seriously: "We see ourselves as a creative ecosystem and have to inspire our long-standing clients anew every day - that requires a lot of openness to trends and new technologies among all employees." This is what the Zug-based full-service agency wants to maintain for the next ten years. "Not only to continue developing creative and bold ideas, but also to remain flexible and dynamic for our customers," says Raphael Willi, also a partner and co-founder of Tincan.

Also on the road in the event industry

After Tincan gained an additional foothold in the event industry last year with "Hello Zug" and, at the beginning of 2023, launched the Practice marketing brand "meinpraxisauftritt.ch has taken over, the company is also working more intensively on its online marketing offering and on building a team for larger digital web platforms. This also requires additional innovators: Three new employees will start on February 1.
