Boom offers everything from concept development to digital content implementation - both in direct collaboration with companies and in collaboration with agencies. The new studio is managed by business partner and producer Annina Zimmermann directed.

Boutiq was launched in 2005. Responsible for numerous film and animation projects, the Zurich-based company has become increasingly known for its diverse work, ranging from commercials to corporate films and web films to interactive games for a variety of Swiss brands.

Boom sees itself as a creative studio that develops digital campaigns from the ground up, working with hand-picked talent from around the world exclusively for Switzerland. The goal is to bring brands and creatives directly together to create outstanding campaigns that resonate with modern audiences and connect them with their favorite brands in an authentic and meaningful way.

Founder Mike Huber and business partner Chantal Gugger are happy about the launch. Under the motto "Let's make it worth wasting time online", Boom is to become a playground for new styles and forms of implementation.

"I'm excited to start working on a new portfolio - creating work that stands out from the crowd for brands that are ready to bring exciting and sustainable content to their digital platforms," says Annina Zimmermann. "Boom Creative Studio is the place to do that. Boom stands for a bold visual style all its own and for a forward-thinking, talented generation of filmmakers, photographers and artists."

"I believe this is the right time to launch Boom," explains Chantal Gugger, Business Director at Boutiq. "Our recent decision to create a new brand under Boutiq has to do with the great potential of standalone digital campaigns. Until now, these often had to queue behind commercials. At the same time, certain target groups can only be reached on the web, where communication works in a completely different way; much more direct, authentic and tailored to the target group. With Boom, we want to think and conceive in a detached way and from the very beginning in all the diverse digital channels."

"It's not meant to be a typical film production," adds Annina Zimmermann. "Rather, we aim to inspire, be creative partners, and develop and execute projects in collaboration with agencies and brands in a more agile and cost-effective way. At the same time, we are keen to promote exceptional talent from the worlds of fashion, music and art."

In closing, Annina Zimmermann says, "Boom Creative Studio is brand new, but it actually continues what we've been doing for a long time: partnering with agencies and brands to create unparalleled work that impresses and ultimately combines solid storytelling and film craft with the zeitgeist."

Boom goes live with new website from September 14 boom.ch
