Cleverclip and Comvation merge

Bern-based Cleverclip GmbH merges with Thun-based digital and web agency Comvation AG.

Carlo Badini, owner of Cleverclip GmbH, has bought out Comvation AG and is now the owner of both agencies. The management and employees hold a minority stake in both companies.

Cleverclip is a provider in the field of explainer videos and has been expanding in the areas of websites, e-learning, UX and UI for several years. To accelerate the strategy, the merger with the software development company Comvation was decided.

Both companies will continue to operate independently for the time being. Janik Tschanz is CEO at Comvation, while Rahel Heer holds this position at Cleverclip. The merger will not result in any changes for customers.
