Under the motto "Hitch your wagon to a star", Daniel Zehnter, CEO of Martin et Karczinski Zurich, welcomed his more than 100 guests in a short, heartfelt speech - among them representatives of Mobimo, Liechtensteinische Landesbank, Credit Suisse and APG|SGA.
The founder and CEO of Martin et Karczinski Munich, Peter Martin, explained under the motto "be.yond Leader - Successfully leading from one's own destiny" how much successful transformation depends on leadership personalities and how important such an understanding of leadership is in order to successfully shape the transformation to sustainable development. He referred to the holistic be.yond method for "conscious growth" that Martin et Karczinski has developed over the last 20 years and successfully applies for his clients.
