Pink expands

The Zurich agency Rosarot wants to further expand digital knowledge and creativity: A new Digital Marketing Manager, a Senior Copywriter/Concept Designer and a new Head of Content strengthen the team.

Rosarot has won several pitches in the last two years. However, the main reason for strengthening the team is change - for example in the area of social media marketing: Especially since last year's major iOS update, digital marketing has less data available for optimization. Fortunately, this means that creatives are becoming even more important. For digital campaigns to perform consistently well in the long term, the algorithms constantly need new ads to keep the target groups happy.

In addition, Rosarot is getting ready to meet the pent-up demand of those brands that had to cut back somewhat on their campaigns during the Corona period and therefore also lost awareness. With its new employees, the agency is focusing on creativity and know-how in digital advertising and campaigning.

René Karrer, Creative Director at Rosarot, believes the agency is equipped to meet the current challenges facing Swiss companies: "With the new staff setup, we can play our role as a brand booster even better and support brands with even more creativity and strategy."

The Sarah Pietrasanta

Sarah Pietrasanta joins the creative agency as conceptual and creative head of the content department. Previously, she worked as a copywriter/concept developer at Publicis and Leo Burnett. The communications specialist also has a good decade of leadership experience - including as Managing Partner, Creative Director, lecturer and coach.

Franz Neugebauer

Franz Neugebauer is the new senior copywriter/concept developer and is a new member of the Content team - when he's not on his bike. In addition to his sense of humor, he brings plenty of wordiness and concept experience from previous agencies. Most recently, he was creative at Wunderman Thompson, Berlin.

Antonia Lattarulo

Antonia Lattarulo continues her digital marketing career at Rosarot and strengthens TeamDigital. She was Senior Marketing Manager at ImmoSky, previously in Digital Marketing at Rewe in Cologne, and also worked with the CAS module Digital Marketing Pro.

Consulting is also being expanded

In order to provide clients with a holistic approach to communications and marketing strategy, the agency is also in the process of expanding its consulting team. Two consultants are in the starting blocks and will join before the summer begins.
