Cubetech takes over Solothurn agency Hadorn
Cubetech GmbH is taking over all mandates and the hosting services of Solothurn-based web agency Hadorn AG. The strategic goal is to continue to position itself strongly in the area of web development and hosting and to expand the customer base.
The owners of Hadorn AG, Daniela and Peter Hadorn, have completely handed over their business activities to Cubetech GmbH on January 10, 2022. For the takeover and the associated support of the new customers, Cubetech has strengthened itself with the experienced digital specialist Kevin Kyburz (@swissky). The core team for support during the transition phase consists of Managing Director Fabienne Mast, Project Manager Anna Gottschalk and the aforementioned Kevin Kyburz. The more than 100 active customers will be seamlessly transferred to Cubetech. The new customers are actively welcomed and introduced to the world of Cubetech.
Cubetech has developed strongly in the last two years. At the end of 2020, a new management team was installed around Managing Director Fabienne Mast, with the respective division heads Christoph S. Ackermann, Nico von Niederhäusern and Mario Götz. At the beginning of 2021, the new management decided to transform from a web agency to a digital agency under the new claim "Digital Rebels - We revolutionize your digital world". This involved investing primarily in new business areas in digital marketing and UX design. At the beginning of 2022 now the next big step with the takeover of the operational part of Hadorn. This will further strengthen the longstanding successful core business around WordPress web development and hosting.
Hadorn was founded in 2012 and had successfully established itself as a web agency in German-speaking Switzerland. The company specializes in WordPress websites and hosting and had built up a large customer base, especially in the area of e-commerce. Daniela and Peter Hadorn would like to focus on other projects in 2022 and therefore step down from the company.
