The agency now offers all competencies for comprehensive brand support in-house, as TBS writes in a statement. This is intended to provide clarity for all areas - from brand strategy and design to targeted solutions for corporate and market communications.

In addition, Marco Donada, Martin Frank and Flavia Amgwerd join the management of TBS.

Marco Donada is the new creative director in charge of the studio. The Baden native had already completed his training as a designer at TBS. This was followed by positions as art director at Spillmann Felser Leo Burnett and at Kreienbühl and Vogler. Most recently, he was self-employed for several years, working directly for clients and as a freelancer for various agencies.

Martin Frank has been responsible for strategy, conception and text at TBS since 2020. Previously, he worked at Wirz, Y&R - now Wunderman Thompson -, Advico and Jung von Matt Hamburg, among others, in strategy and for Interhome as international Brand & Communication Manager.

Flavia Amgwerd has already been responsible for Human Resources and Finance at TBS for several years and now strengthens the management of the Zurich agency in the position of CFO. Previously, she was head of production at Frame Eleven and Ultra Images.

"With Marco and Martin, we have found the ideal staffing for TBS and are now perfectly positioned for future requirements and communication topics," says agency owner Beat Aeschlimann.
