Grip receives quality label from Worldcom Public Relations Group

The Zurich agency Grip passes the "Worldcom Peer Review", the demanding audit of Worldcom Public Relations, and receives a quality label for outstanding performance in consultancy management.

Grip recently completed the demanding peer review of the Worldcom Public Relations Group which reviews the quality of services and the agency's business and management processes. The Worldcom Peer Review is one of the most comprehensive reviews of the Consultancy Management Standard in the communications industry and is designed to ensure that partners meet the Group's measurement criteria for overall quality and professionalism.

The peer review was assessed by a team of senior Worldcom Group executives from Germany, France and Italy. In particular, the management practices of agency operations, including campaign evaluation, performance measurement, PR service delivery, and consistency of program operations were reviewed and assessed. In addition, the business plan and financial systems, employee training and development, and Grip's performance within the Worldcom Group were also assessed.
