Frank Bodin takes over as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Furrerhugi Group
Effective immediately, Frank Bodin is the new Chairman of the Board of Furrerhugi.holding, Furrerhugi's agency group. He takes over from Ulrich Gygi, who is stepping down after four years as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Ulrich Gygi was Director of the Swiss Federal Finance Administration, Group CEO of Swiss Post and then Chairman of the Board of Directors of SBB until 2016. With his vast experience at the interfaces of business, administration and politics, he has made a significant contribution to professionalizing the management of the Furrerhugi Group, the Group writes in a statement.
Frank Bodin has been a member of the Board of Directors of Furrerhugi.holding and Furrerhugi since 2019. As one of Switzerland's most renowned advertisers and a profound expert on the agency landscape, he is an important strategic input provider for the agency group, the statement continues. Bodin was Chairman & CEO of Euro RSCG and Havas, respectively, from 2001 to 2018. He also brings a great deal of international agency experience to the table. Among other things, he is President of ADC Switzerland and a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Communication at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich HWZ.
