Daniela Walter and Denise Remund founded the "Next Generation Communications Agency" Brisk Match in the midst of the Corona pandemic. With over ten years of professional experience as a journalist, in-house communications manager and deputy managing director of a Zurich agency, Daniela Walter covers a broad spectrum in the field of communications.

Denise Remund also brings more than ten years of professional experience in corporate communications. As (Senior) Communications Manager and Head of Internal Communications in large companies, she has acquired a broad range of know-how in various areas.

With its focus on digital collaboration - and independently of the Covid 19 pandemic - the agency is taking on a pioneering role throughout Switzerland, according to a statement. Remote work and digital collaboration are anchored in the business model, as are flexible working time models, part-time work, work-life integration and autonomous working.

The two founders would rely on hand-picked communications consultants and experts, all working on a project basis. "This allows us to put together the perfect team with the appropriate know-how for each project. As a result, we can implement projects in a targeted and efficient manner, which benefits our clients in particular," co-founder Denise Remund is quoted as saying in the release. "Because our future-oriented business model means we don't have any tightly bound resources that we can't deploy in the right place - quite the opposite."

Based on its business model, Brisk Match specializes not only in classic communications services but also in supporting companies in the current changes in the world of work. In doing so, it goes beyond traditional communication concepts. Brisk Match advises clients on the transformation to a new-work-oriented way of working and provides support in communicating this change.

The founders are convinced that they have struck a chord with Brisk Match and their way of working: "The Corona pandemic has greatly accelerated the transformation of the working world. There is no way back to the old normality; rather, a new type of collaboration will establish itself. For us, therefore, the only and right way is to move forward and live New Work in all areas of the company - this is the only way for companies to survive in the long term," explains Co-Founder Daniela Walter.
