The St. Moritz agency Spot Werbung and Inside Labs from Laax would like to Alliance will continue to drive digitization in tourism. In doing so, both digital companies will remain independent, but will bundle their know-how - and combine the advantages of their software solutions.
Programming interfaces, so-called APIs, will in future link Spot Werbung's holiday shop with Inside Labs' Omni platform. This will create a digital ecosystem for the management of tourism destinations and mountain railways.
The best of both worlds: E-commerce and Smart Data
This new ecosystem combines the best of both software solutions, according to a statement. Spot Werbung's holiday shop bundles tourism services, opens up activity providers and maximises the product reach of a destination. Inside Labs' omni-platform, on the other hand, digitizes customer relationship management and increases convenience for guests as well as value creation in destinations.
Already well-known tourist destinations in the portfolio
With Davos Klosters, Flims Laax Falera, Lenzerheide and Engadin St. Moritz, major destinations and mountain railways in Graubünden already place their trust in the two companies. Thanks to the alliance of these digital leaders, the digital know-how in the Graubünden tourism industry should be further promoted and expanded. "But thanks to the cooperation, tourist destinations in the DACH region, including South Tyrol, can also offer their guests seamless, digital experiences on a par with the big players such as Airbnb or Booking.com. This is about much more than just pure technology. Making tourism brands tangible and designing products are in the foreground," explains Werner Pircher, Partner and Creative Direction at Spot Werbung in St. Moritz.
