Hinderling Volkart becomes part of Dept
Hinderling Volkart joins Dept, the globally expanding digital agency headquartered in Amsterdam, with immediate effect. Through this merger, clients will be served at all levels of digital transformation in the future, and Hinderling Volkart will focus even more on its core values of innovation and creation.
The management of the merged agencies: Severin Klaus (Managing Partner, Head of Technology), Paul Manuel (Co-Founder Dept), Michael Hinderling (Managing Partner & Creative Director), Dimi Albers (CEO Dept), Michael Volkart (Managing Director) (l.t.r.).
Dept acquires 100% of the shares, including those of the subsidiaries Hinderling Volkart Bern and HV Italic. In return, the previous agency owners will take a stake in Dept and remain on the management board. All three locations in Zurich, Basel and Bern will continue under the current management. The teams will work closely with Dept's digital marketing team, which is already based in Zurich.
