After the agency Walder,Werber, led by Sandro Walder, positioned and established itself as a classic advertising agency at the beginning, the company has realized more and more complex branding and digital projects in recent years and successively expanded the digital unit. In today's networked, mobile and digitized world, completely different disciplines have to work together. "This requires teams of specialists who understand these mechanisms and approach the new challenges with creativity," says Sandro Walder.

With courage and determination

"In part, our industry lacks courage. For brands with rough edges. For campaigns that stand out and perhaps don't always please everyone. But they don't have to," explains Sandro Walder. "Much more, brands stand for authentic stories and need a positioning that is relevant, credible and differentiating," adds the CEO of Stuiq. "Today it means trying, discarding, readjusting and creating impact. Everyone talks about innovation, but few actually allow it to happen and foster it in a sustainable way. The problem that arises from this: the one-size-fits-all approach," adds Stefan Moeschlin.

This is exactly where Stuiq positions itself as a creative agency with three disciplines "Branding, Campaigning, Digital". And a team of 25 specialists who work together interdisciplinarily and develop brands and companies in co-creation with clients.

"Why normal?" That's Stuiq's attitude. "Because normal only goes to the limit. But never beyond. Stuiq goes further. Stuiq wants more for you. Stuiq does everything so that you don't stay normal," the agency writes on its website.

New partners

With the aim of further exploiting the existing potential, the managing team was expanded. Anna Kindlimann and Stefan Moeschlin are new partners in the agency. Anna Kindlimann has been Creative Director at Stuiq for six years. Previously, she worked for JWT/Fabrikant and Hauser & Partner. Among others, she worked for Migros Bank, Lindt & Sprüngli, Mazda and Kimberly-Clark.

"We are a strong team with many personalities. Independent, owner-managed and have no hierarchies. But simply cool and talented employees who have fun together. And that's exactly what we want," says Anna Kindlimann.

"We three partners share the same entrepreneurial spirit and understand each other very well personally, which is also crucial for success," adds Stefan Moeschlin. He has been with Stuiq for seven years as a copywriter/concept developer. He studied economics, then worked as a consultant at DGM Kommunikation in Germany and then as a creative at the same agency. Stefan worked for well-known clients such as Daimler, Mercedes-Benz Middle East, Bosch, Siemens and Deutsche Bahn. Together with CEO Sandro Walder, the two partners continue the successful development and growth of the agency.

New headquarters in Zurich

Stuiq has its new headquarters at Dufourstrasse 97 in Zurich's Seefeld district. "We found the perfect space here. A former store on the first floor of an old building, which we converted into a living room and creative kitchen," says Anna Kindlimann. The agency in Seefeld consists of various themed project rooms that promote the new way of working in project teams. So no more fixed workstations, but spaces that offer inspiration depending on the task and allow co-creation with clients on site. "We need and want to be where the life is. A creative environment where we feel comfortable," Anna Kindlimann explains enthusiastically. The previous premises in the old industrial property directly at the Uster train station will additionally be retained.
