The Publicis Group is growing in one fell swoop by 23 digital cracks. In addition to Notch co-founder Peter van der Touw, who is taking over the newly created position of COO at Publicis Communications, 20 additional employees are following the call of CEO Thomas Wildberger. Among them are Roger Oberholzer, who will become Head of Strategy, and Martin Stauch, who will expand the Publicis creative department as UX Director together with his six-person UI/UX team.

For years, Notch Interactive has been one of Switzerland's leading digital agencies for digital strategies and consulting, performance campaigning, content, social media and platforms, apps, and UI/UX design, and has regularly won awards such as the BOSW, SDV, and Swiss Effie, among others. "Our digital expertise will thus also benefit Publicis clients in the future. In return, previous Notch clients can benefit from the most creative agencies in Switzerland. But I'm not only looking forward to my new colleagues at Publicis Communications, but also to the specialists from Publicis Sapient and Publicis Media, whose expertise in digital business transformation and data-driven marketing will give us all an additional boost," says new Publicis COO Peter van der Touw.

Another weighty reason for this step for Notch is the opportunity to become part of "Power of One". The agency network consists of management consulting, communications, design, media and technology. "Only at Publicis is there this overall understanding of seamless, holistic solutions. Here, more than 300 experts work under one roof, who are able not only to create advertising, but also to orchestrate the five most important business areas of strategy, product, service, communication and transaction," says Thomas Wildberger, who, in addition to the strategic management of the entire Publicis Group, will once again increasingly take care of the creative output.
