The communications agency Furrerhugi is continuing its strong growth course. Last year, Furrerhugi acquired a stake in the event startup Evenjo. Now, its management duo Andreas Hugi and Lorenz Furrer, together with Bernese investor and Scout24 founder Daniel Grossen (pictured), are founding Mindnow, a public company in which the two parties each hold a half stake. This is reported by the Handelszeitung in its new issue.

The agency, which specializes in online marketing, is a spin-off of discount portal provider Dealini and currently employs eight people in Wallisellen. Klaus Abele will be Chairman of the Board of Directors and interim CEO of the new agency. With Mindnow, Furrerhugi wants to be able to better serve existing clients in the field of online marketing. At the same time, it also wants to be able to tap into new customer segments, explains Andreas Hugi, Managing Partner of Furrerhugi.
