Lausanne is not only impressive in the field of sports and the Olympic movement - as the center of one of Switzerland's most important economic regions and a relevant transportation hub in the midlands of western Switzerland, the city is also proving itself as the home of important international institutions and major companies, writes the Habegger Group about the new location.

For event projects as well as for temporary or fixed structures, the Habegger Group offers a comprehensive service portfolio ranging from creative services to structural measures, event technology and interactive solutions to security at events. Habegger Event Technology's premium partnership with the Swiss Tech Convention Center in Lausanne provides the basis for the establishment of a branch office in addition to the existing support of existing customers in western Switzerland. In addition, the Habegger Group is already heavily involved in upcoming major projects in Western Switzerland and will continue to expand these commitments.

Fabio Burri, the previous client advisor for Berne and Western Switzerland, will manage the branch and build up the local team. As a native of Fribourg who speaks fluent German and French, he combines French- and German-speaking Switzerland. He is looking forward to the new opportunity and says: "Lausanne is the ideal starting point to quickly serve the whole of Western Switzerland. The expansion will allow us to keep operating distances shorter in the future and to implement our services even more efficiently in this region as well. Another plus is the proximity to the customers themselves, which allows us to make customer relationships even more personal."
