Management buyout at Evenjo

Evenjo, the live communications unit of Swiss Radioworld, is breaking away from Goldbach and founding its own agency with Appalooza and Furrerhugi.

Following the joint decision for a management buyout, Swiss Radioworld is saying goodbye to Evenjo. As of 1 January 2017, Evenjo is founding the live communications agency Evenjo together with the event agency Appalooza and the communications agency Furrerhugi.

Evenjo was previously integrated into Swiss Radioworld, a subsidiary of the Goldbach Group, and was launched in February 2016 (Werbewoche.ch reported). Now the previous managers Flavio Baggenstos and Michel de Maddalena have founded the agency Evenjo together with Carlo Bommes (Appalooza Productions) and Lorenz Furrer (Furrerhugi). Continuity is assured for Evenjo's existing clients, according to a statement.

Flavio Baggenstos, Managing Partner Evenjo, said in a statement: "We are grateful to the Goldbach Group and Swiss Radioworld for their openness in allowing us to become independent. With Furrerhugi and Appalooza, we have found two partners who complement our competencies and provide us with extensive support on our way."
