The approximately 160 member professionals of ADC Switzerland are among the best and most successful creatives in the industry. In order to make their expertise, experience and secrets of success accessible to up-and-coming creatives, ADC has now launched the mentoring program.

"Promoting young talent is an important pillar of ADC Switzerland and, especially under the new claim "Showing how it's done:" is more than ever the focus of the club's efforts," says Philipp Skrabal, ADC Vice President and responsible for the Education Department.

The "Young ADC Mentoring Program" is designed to bring experienced ADC members together with young professionals. The goal is an individual, informal exchange and get-togethers in which the members support the young creative professionals with their concerns and questions.

"We are delighted that we can count on each and every one of our Members Professionals for this great initiative," says Skrabal. "To use the words of our Young Prof Johnny Grubenmann, it doesn't matter whether it's creation, career or clients - the ADC mentors show how it's done."
