Flin responsible for performance marketing for Zubi

Flin has been responsible for performance marketing at Zubi, the shoe and outdoor retailer in eastern Switzerland, since the beginning of the year.

There is no secret formula behind the pleasing results, explains Flurina Klarer, co-founder of Flin and responsible for the project. "The decisive factor is that we form an agile team with Zubi that plans and discusses the measures together. In this way, scale-ups, optimizations and pilot tests are planned for the next three months in each case. "With Flin, we don't just implement projects, but have the expert know-how available at the right time and in the right place," says Marco Böni, Chief Digital Officer and Head of E-Commerce at Zubi, about the collaboration. This also helps to strengthen internal digital marketing know-how.

Next pilot tests in the pipeline

In the first quarter, the focus was on the rebranding and relaunch of the new online store. In addition to ongoing performance optimization, pilot campaigns with Pinterest and the Google Marketing Platform are planned for the second half of the year.
