Artificial intelligence at the hairdresser: Smadooh Media completes sales team

Smadooh Media completes its sales team with the addition of Boris Kellerhals. The company wants to establish an artificial intelligence-based DOOH network in Swiss hair salons.

Apalion, which entered the market with smadooh Media in February, has completed its sales team. Boris Kellerhals (41), joins the DOOH startup as Senior Key Account Manager as of March 1 and expands the team with Christian Baur, who already started in October and has taken over the sales management as of 2022.

"With Boris Kellerhals, we were able to gain an experienced media consultant for our company, which we are very happy about. Boris has built up a broad customer network in recent years and has excellent know-how in the media industry, which is reflected in the form of a considerable track record. He is the perfect addition to our small but fine sales unit," says Anthony Sauter, CEO of Apalion. The graduate sales manager was most recently Senior Sales Account Manager at 2 Sport & Trade GmbH and gained several years of experience at various media marketers in Switzerland.

With smadooh Meida, Apalion intends to establish an artificial intelligence-based DOOH network in Swiss hair salons across the country. AI plays a central role and serves as a trigger for prepared entertainment blocks that are renewed monthly and broadcast according to age and gender. Entertainment quality plays a key factor and so we focus on regular surveys and ongoing optimization of the entertainment blocks.
