Regula Bührer Fecker was Advertising Woman of the Year at a young age, a member of the Board of Directors, and the most important personality in Swiss business. With her debut book #Frauenarbeit - Tipps und Tricks für junge Berufsfrauen (1TP5Women's Work - Tips and Tricks for Young Professional Women), the 39-year-old gives young women the tools they need to hit the ground running in their careers in 100 tips.

Her book is based on personal experience, is peppered with insights and written in direct, blunt language that is likely to appeal to young women. The Rod co-founder thinks: It's time for young women to learn from each other and interpret the term "women's work" in a modern way.
