Swiss Post shows how tailor-made it is

There are benefits and services from Swiss Post that were made directly for life and that perfectly address the needs of customers. Under the motto "Send and receive mail when and where you want", this is presented not only humorously but also contextually relevant. More than 100 headlines, both online and offline, were placed exactly where they actually pick up on customers' interests.

Four online spots were also developed. The short stories show that if you've stubbed your toe playing a virtual reality game, can't remember where your home is or simply don't want to hear the doorbell, Swiss Post always has a solution for its customers.

On the campaign site Mymail.ch users can then choose which service is exactly right for them. With the time-, topic- and location-specific messages, Swiss Post has succeeded in developing a campaign that not only says tailored, but is also tailored.
