Erdmannpeisker: "Ä portion of tradition".

Logo in retro design, new packaging and fresh web presence are to strengthen the Bigler Fleischwaren brand.

Anyone who often stores at gas stations or in small neighborhood stores is very familiar with these products: fresh meat, sausages, cold cuts, sandwiches and sandwich rolls of the del Lago brand from Bigler Fleischwaren. As of September 2016, these products will now appear with a complete rebranding. The impersonal del Lago brand will disappear from the market and will be replaced by the traditional Bigler brand, which already enjoys the greatest trust in the B2B business and among butchers. Bigler Fleischwaren is managed in the fourth generation as an independent family business. Behind the brand stands a strong family, a great passion for the butcher's craft and a long tradition. Based on these important values, erdmannpeisker developed a new positioning as part of a pitch presentation and recommended a return to the single-brand strategy, thus strengthening the Bigler brand.

The new logo with the master butcher, which is reminiscent of a seal of quality, will be used in the future as a consumer brand as well as for B2B business. In addition, there is a contemporary packaging, which takes up the well-known illustration of the Seeland and with the beige colors and the paper feel reminds of butcher paper. The new ads have a retro look and show that many of us have had "Ä portion of tradition" associated with Bigler for years. In addition to the complete rebranding and the new packaging, which includes over 400 products, a contemporary web presence was also realized together with the digital agency Campfire.
