Deaf people can be found in almost all professions. After all, deaf people can do just about everything - except hear. Nevertheless, people with a hearing impairment have a hard time finding a job on the labor market. Even if they have the same qualifications, they are not considered because of the peculiarities of communication. Thus, deaf people are handicapped, although they could be integrated into a company without any problems thanks to writing telephones or permanent interpreters.

To mark International Sign Language Day on September 24, the Swiss Federation of the Deaf has now commissioned the Spinas Civil Voices advertising agency to create a viral that addresses the issue of the right to work for the deaf. Shown is: It's not always a disadvantage if you can't hear everything in life.
