Verkehrsbetriebe Zürich (VBZ) is the second largest transport company in Switzerland and the number 1 in Zurich. Since 2001, the VBZ image campaign has borne the pointed signature of Ruf Lanz. In 2010, the creative agency won the personnel marketing of VBZ. Because today, employers are also in an attractiveness competition. Thus, several eye-catching personnel campaigns have been created in recent years, which have received several awards for their creativity and their impact in the market: Among others, best recruiting campaign in German-speaking countries (Munich, 2011), winner in the HRM contest of the German Society for Human Resource Management (Wiesbaden, 2011), three HR Excellence Awards (Berlin, 2012, 2013 and 2015) and the European Change Communications Award 2014.

Now comes the latest VBZ employer appearance, which alludes to an explosive development: More and more Swiss companies are relocating jobs to cheaper foreign countries.

Not so the VBZ. Because the course for the public transport services of the coming generation must already be set today - here in Zurich. Thanks to this focused growth strategy, VBZ can offer specialists from 50 different professions jobs that are as exciting as they are secure and cannot be relocated.

The current campaign can now be seen on double- and full-page advertisements, on the driver back panels in all vehicles of the VBZ Züri line as well as on social networks.
