Coop shows more actions instead of words

For Coop's "Deeds not Words" initiative, Havas Worldwide Zurich has directed two more films.

Coop's entire sustainability communication appears under the motto "Deeds not words". The phrase says it all: Instead of making promises for tomorrow, Coop has been committed to a sustainable product range, animal welfare, environmental protection, and social issues for over 20 years. Coop demonstrates its commitment to sustainability anew every day. Only continuous improvement and the development of new ways bring results. Since Coop has been working on a sustainable future for decades, the motto "deeds not words" continues to apply unchanged today.

The newly filmed Tat No. 166 is about Coop's own brand Oecoplan. It makes an important contribution to greater sustainability in the non-food sector; the products offer an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional products. Oecoplan stands for responsible use of our natural resources and is therefore recommended by the WWF. The TV commercial shows that thanks to Oecoplan everyone has a nice and clean home. Even the animals, which are therefore released where they belong - in nature.

Tat No. 12 is about Coop's sustainability brands. Around 20 own brands and quality seals run through all product groups. In 2013 alone, around 1,000 new products were launched in this area, and practically every second organic or Fairtrade product in Switzerland crosses the checkout aisle at Coop. The TV spot shows the whole diversity of Coop's sustainability range by means of the many sustainable suppliers who deliver their goods to Coop.
