Futureworks strengthens competencies in strategy and brand management

As part of the generation change, Futureworks is strengthening its competencies in the areas of strategy and brand management. As of June 1, Isabel Cerliani joins Futureworks' management team as Executive Director.

The 44-year-old strategist and brand expert has worked for well-known companies in phases of change and realignment over the past 15 years.

Futureworks develops sustainable solutions at the intersection of business, design and new technologies, enabling the continuous and successful transformation of organizations and companies. As of June 1, Isabel Cerliani joins Futureworks' management and interdisciplinary team with the goal of providing companies with even more comprehensive support in realizing their ambition in the future. She has diverse experience in the areas of vision development, identity creation, renewal of business models and offering concepts, in accompanying and accelerating cultural change processes, and in managing complex brand portfolios.

In addition, Cerliani will actively shape Futureworks' business development and further strengthen the Creative Consultancy's commitment both in Switzerland and internationally.

Isabel Cerliani studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen. She then worked for the corporate development department of Zurich Financial Services before joining MetaDesign in Zurich, where she was head of the strategy department for seven years. In 2009, she took the step to become self-employed. Isabel Cerliani is the mother of a son and lives in Zurich.
