In Flagranti: SME campaign for PostFinance

Swiss payment traffic is being harmonized with the international ISO-20022 standard. Postfinance is supporting its SME customers in the necessary adaptation of their financial software, while In Flagranti is responsible for communication.

With this measure, the Swiss financial center simplifies a large number of norms and standards, ensures connectivity in international payment traffic and secures the competitiveness of Swiss companies. However, this changeover makes it necessary for all companies in Switzerland to adapt their financial software.

For the Swiss financial center, In Flagranti is responsible for the overarching communication on the harmonization of payment traffic and informs the various stakeholders at the appropriate level: from financial institutions to software providers to business customers.

Postfinance is the first institution to draw the attention of its 50'000 SME customers to the need for a software update with an awareness mailing and provide information about its accompanying services. In parallel, a campaign with advertisements and online displays is rolling out in various media. The motifs show obsolete office equipment. In conjunction with the headline "Time for an update", a calculator and typewriter as well as a stack of floppy discs draw attention in a sympathetic way to the fact that an update is occasionally necessary - and can also have positive effects. All measures refer to the landing page Postfinance.ch/update with further information.
