Since April 1, Neue Aargauer Bank (NAB) has been shining with a new communication presence developed by Vizner Borel.

This reflects the bank's claim to itself in its modern, customer-oriented style: To be and remain the bank of first choice for the people of Aargau. The campaign focuses on customers who have found the right solution for their financial concerns in their life situation.

With 33 branches in the canton of Aargau, Neue Aargauer Bank's proximity to its customers is not just lip service, but a real added value of the financial institution, whose roots in the region go back to 1812. Tradition and origin are also important and rock-solid pillars on which Neue Aargauer Bank stands. In order to maintain and expand its position as a leading regional bank, NAB offers state-of-the-art banking products, competent, highly trained staff, solution-oriented services and personal advice.

Communication from the customer's perspective

Those responsible at Neue Aargauer Bank wanted to sharpen the attractiveness of the regional bank thanks to its many values and advantages in communications and thus revitalize the brand. After an extremely lean and efficient agency evaluation process in the fall of last year, the concept of the communications agency Vizner Borel was convincing. In future, the new campaign will focus even more strongly on the consistent focus on solutions for customers. This attitude is emphasized with the new claim from the customer's perspective: "My solution. New Aargauer Bank."

In line with the concept, the visuals show various situations from the lives of customers, to whose well-being NEUE Aargauer Bank has contributed with an individual solution. A star shines in each image as a life-affirming recognition feature. The emotional images are supported by the headline style, which sets the scene for the Neue Situation paired with the NAB. The consistent use of "New ..." means finding a new personal solution for every new need. Through the verbal reference to the NAB in every advertising medium, the campaign always supports the brand and is therefore unique.

Neue Aargauer Bank's overall campaign encompasses all advertising media: from TV/cinema commercials, posters, advertisements, product brochures, promotional offers, Internet presence through to the entire POS presence.
