Leo Burnett Switzerland launches E-Shop Livetest

To get more people in touch with its online shopping services, Swiss Post sent out an e-mailing: e-shop operators were offered the chance to have their e-shop tested by four target groups and watch live via webcam.


For the detailed conception and production of the innovative live dialog campaign, lead agency Leo Burnett Switzerland brought on board support from Notch Interactive, Faro TV and Swisscom. Immediately after the live test, an e-commerce expert from Swiss Post took over to discuss the results with the operators and identify practical opportunities for improvement. For example, with the integration of postal services such as evening and Saturday delivery, the pick@home returns service, PickPost, the My Post 24 vending machine or the new Login Post Connector.
