As Managing Director Platforms & Transformation, Andreas Schrag will support customers in their ongoing transformation. "Be it a digital business model, digitally aligning a communications department or a new sales channel: For us, digital transformation is always hands-on and strongly focused on communication," explains the business economist. Schrag has been responsible for marketing at Scout24 Switzerland for the past three years as CMO and member of the Executive Board. Here, he aligned the marketing department with the channel-oriented and metrics-focused management of all measures. He established brands such as AutoScout24, ImmoScout24 and Anibis.ch in the market and brought them to the top. Before that, he was head of the consulting group at Maxomedia and head of portals at Goldbach Interactive in Biel.

As Managing Director Branding & Campaigns, Roman Sonders will expand Notch Interactive's expertise in brand management. "Relevant added value, a clear customer journey along all touchpoints - whether offline or online - and authentic communication: these are the cornerstones of our brand understanding," explains the prospective Executive MBA Marketing.
Sonders has spent the last two years developing and implementing AMAG's repositioning as Head of Branding. Prior to that, he headed the branding agency Schoch & Sonders for eight years, which he founded with a partner. He also spent several years as communications manager at Ford Motor Company. A communications graduate, Sonders is completing an Executive MBA in Marketing with a thesis on "Disruptive Brand & Touchpoint Strategy for a Digital Company in the Insurance Sector."

"With Roman and Andreas, we are taking the next step into the future that others must also take. We are expanding our services and thus supporting companies even better in their business success. Because this much is clear: In an increasingly complex world, a seamless customer focus is required - from strategy to the development and marketing of products and services to brand management and communication," Peter van der Touw, CEO and founder of Notch Interactive, states in a statement.
