This also includes conducting a study on the state of digitisation among Swiss SMEs. "The collaboration with the HWZ will substantially expand our competencies in digitisation; our members can also benefit from this," says Simon Osterwalder, Managing Director of Suissedigital. The central point of the future cooperation is the joint implementation of a study. This will look at the prerequisites as well as drivers and the status of digitisation among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Switzerland and build on last year's "Study Digital Switzerland 2015"on. Manuel P. Nappo, Head of the Center for Digital Business at the HWZ, is also convinced: "The collaboration with Suissedigital helps us to achieve our goal - to drive the digital transformation of Swiss SMEs."
Presentation of the results at the Suissedigital Day
The results of the study will be presented on 28 April 2016 at the Suissedigital Day. Anyone interested in the concrete effects of digitalisation in Switzerland is invited to attend the public event at the Kursaal in Bern. The full-day event is likely to be of particular interest to SMEs, as in addition to the study results, case studies from the SME environment will also be presented.
