Dynamics Group with new Senior Partner

Dynamics Group announces the arrival of Jérôme Koechlin as Senior Partner and the appointment of Mélanie Tavernier as Partner in Geneva. In Bern, Bettina Mutter has been appointed Senior Partner.

Jérôme Koechlin was Head of Communications and Secretary General of UBP for eight years and before that worked for Lombard Odier and Serono. He also worked as an editor at the Journal de Genève and was an official in the administration of the Canton of Geneva. He brings to Dynamics Group his experience in banking and finance, biotechnology and life sciences, global health, PR and information technology. Jérôme Koechlin holds a PhD in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Geneva, a Master's degree in Communication from New York University and a degree in International Relations from HEID and is also a lecturer at Médi@LAB of the University of Geneva. Author of numerous works and articles on communication and international relations, Jérôme Koechlin is considered one of the leading French-speaking Swiss experts in his field.

Bettina Mutter has been appointed Senior Partner at Dynamics Group. She joined the communications consulting group as a partner in spring 2011. Thanks to her many years of experience in developing and implementing public affairs, lobbying and communications strategies in the field of political and media communications for companies, associations and corporate personalities, she has left her mark on the Bern office of Dynamics Group from the very beginning. Bettina Mutter advises national and international companies and associations in industry, real estate, communications, health care, architecture and education on political communications as well as crisis and reputation communications. She also manages the offices of the "Allianz Lex Koller bleibt modern", the "Forum Gesundheit Schweiz", the "Städte-Allianz Öffentlicher Verkehr Ost- und Zentralschweiz" and is a lecturer at the Media Training Center in Lucerne and at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft PHW Bern.

Mélanie Tavernier becomes partner

At the same time, Mélanie Tavernier, who has been with the company since 2008 as a senior consultant, newly joins the group's partner structure as a partner. Tavernier has more than 15 years of experience in communications and is valued for her skills in the development and implementation of communication strategies, event organization, product communication and press and media relations. She is as knowledgeable in the hotel, restaurant and wine industries as she is in real estate and sports. Thanks to its proven experience in the event sector, Dynamics Group can offer its clients important additional services for all types of events.

Mélanie Tavernier began her career as a coordinator in the communications department of a large multinational company based in Geneva. She then became press officer for luxury brands (LVMH Group) and later a consultant for six years at one of the largest communications agencies in Geneva.
