Trimarca: Rebranding for Sorell Hotels Switzerland

The Grisons-based agency Trimarca has developed a new brand strategy and a comprehensive rebranding for Sorell Hotels Switzerland, part of the ZFV companies.

Trimarca, specialized in hotel and tourism marketing, positions the Sorell Group as one of the leaders in the areas of guest experience and service quality. The brand values of individuality, quality, happiness, and coziness are incorporated not only in the corporate design, but also in the development of interior design concepts, in the introduction of common service standards, in the design of offers, and in staff training. Martin Hilzinger, owner of Trimarca, is convinced of this holistic approach: "A profiled, credible, and marketable product is the best argument in communication."

The rebranding is based on a clear formula for success: lived individuality and standardized quality equal distinguishable identity. From key cards and staff training to homemade organic confectionery, the Sorell brand guarantees impeccable service - with individual flair. The current 17 Sorell Hotels of the largest Swiss hotel group in Swiss ownership are committed to this promise.

The new Sorell brand is launched on the market in October with a broad relaunch campaign. The value of the stylish corporate design is demonstrated by posters, advertisements, online banners, ceiling foils, and moving posters in the streetcar. The claim "When hosts step on the gas" pointedly underlines the service quality of the brand. The new Website has already been online since the beginning of July. At the same time, all correspondence tools have also been introduced. The brochures, which have also been redesigned, are being implemented on an ongoing and consistent basis. Continuous marketing activities create sustainable value for the brand.
