Meta Design develops employer branding for Sonova

With Meta Design's support, the hearing aid manufacturer is positioning itself specifically as a global employer brand for the first time.

As a provider of hearing solutions, Sonova is not simply a company that manufactures products. Sonova's employees want to help people enjoy hearing. To enable a life without limitations, they develop, produce and sell solutions that overcome technological boundaries and redefine the future of the industry. 

On this basis, the Sonova Group, whose brands include Unitron, Advanced Bionics and Connect Hearing in addition to Phonak, intends in the future to demonstrate its unique qualities as a
employer even more clearly and is launching a new employer image in which
in which the employees play the main roles. The aim is to position Sonova in the increasingly
further strengthen the highly competitive and global labor market.

Meta Design created this new employer website in close cooperation with Sonova
developed. As an umbrella brand, Sonova is positioning itself specifically as a global employer brand. In this way, the advantages that the Sonova Group has to offer as an employer are to be communicated jointly across all brands and business units, and communication to employees and future employees is to be standardized.

The central message of the campaign: Through the high level of commitment and creative potential of each individual employee, Sonova develops and sells solutions worldwide across flat hierarchies that enable people to enjoy hearing and live a life without limitations. A challenging and flexible environment promotes personal growth as well as professional development. This message is expressed in the claim "Create Impact. Transform Lives."

In the visual implementation of the appearance, too, the employees act personally and with commitment at the forefront: by visualizing a sound - borne from the experience that even a single sound can change life and make it valuable. The key element here are the sounds visualized in the corporate color blue.
