Jim & Jim goes on CEO search with Adecco

Die auf Jugend- und Studentenmarketing spezialisierte Agentur Jim & Jim hat für Adecco die Aktion «CEO for One Month» in der Schweiz beworben.

Anyone who wanted to experience first-hand what it means to run the fortunes of the leading staffing company for a month was invited to apply for a one-month internship with Adecco Switzerland CEO, Michael Agoras. The campaign is part of the global Adecco Way to Work initiative, in which some 33 countries are participating. The top ten national "CEO for One Month" interns will then have the chance to land the position of Adecco Group CEO and, with his help, lead the multinational company for one month.

Jim & Jim recruited interested candidates for this purpose as part of the Adecco Street Day, which took place simultaneously in six different Swiss cities on March 26, 2015. The ambitious CEO candidates were interviewed directly on site. At the same time, jim & jim specifically promoted the campaign with display advertising, newsletters and social media measures. In the process, the agency also benefited from the expertise in employer branding, personnel marketing and recruiting that it had newly acquired with the acquisition of Studimedia in January 2015.

The application phase has now closed. The announcement of the 33 national CEOs who will soon start their summer internship will follow at the end of June.
