Customer growth and pitch wins

Open Up, Partner & Partner, Wirz Corporate, Vademecom and Stailamedia report customer growth and portfolio expansions.

Open Up takes off with Edelweiss

As part of an agency evaluation, open up won a mandate from Edelweiss Air. The Zurich-based PR and communications agency has been advising and supporting the airline since April with media relations around its 20th anniversary. In addition to public relations for the company, this also includes media relations for the anniversary Zeppelin tour.

Partner & Partner: Twint pitch win

Pay with your mobile phone and benefit from added value: Twint will make this possible in Switzerland before the end of the year. Twint - a wholly owned subsidiary of Postfinance - is the first integrated application for cashless payments. In autumn 2015, the digital wallet will be launched for the whole of Switzerland. As lead agency for Twint, Partner & Partner is responsible for the entire communication strategy of the launch. To build the community, a content marketing cooperation was entered into with Ron Orp, Switzerland's most urban medium.

Wirz Corporate: Economiesuisse won

Wirz Corporate can now count Economiesuisse among its clients. A dialogue-oriented overall concept, which focuses on the storytelling approach, was convincing. As part of the mandate, Wirz Corporate is not only revising Economiesuisse's overall image, but is also designing and implementing key media such as the website, the yearbook and the association's portrait. The various media and measures are aimed at the general public, but especially at politicians and members. The first work will be visible during the Business Day next September.

Amadeus Switzerland new at Vademecom

Vademecom now serves Amadeus, the leading software provider in the travel industry. After being commissioned with the organisation of the 20th anniversary event last year, the Zurich-based PR and integrated communications agency is now supporting the company in the development of integrated communications. "Software technologies are developing at breakneck speed, which means we have a high communication need vis-à-vis our customers," explains Stefan Angst, sales and marketing manager at Amadeus Switzerland. "The goal is to achieve greater awareness and maintain more active communication through better coordination of measures. We are pleased to have found an agile and very committed partner in Vademecom."

Stailamedia takes over the marketing of Shazam

Shazam and Stailamedia enter into an exclusive cooperation for the Swiss market. With Shazam's marketing products, Stailamedia is further expanding its mobile portfolio. Shazam has 6.3 million downloads in Switzerland and over 1.3 million active users per month, making it one of the largest entertainment apps in Switzerland. Effective immediately, Stailamedia is offering advertisers in Switzerland access to in-app media products and the second screen product Shazam Connect. Shazam users can be addressed via the app with attractive branding advertising formats. Particularly innovative is Shazam Connect, which uses audio recognition during TV commercials to enable accompanying second-screen campaigns on the smartphone or tablet and thus direct interaction with the campaign.
