Basel West: Coop brochure "freshly" implemented

With a newly designed brochure, Coop informs customers about the proper handling of food on its way from the store to the plate. Basel West is responsible for the medium.

How should food be stored so that it stays fresh for as long as possible? What should be taken into account during preparation? How can leftovers be used to avoid food waste? And how can pests be kept out? The brochure is aimed at private households, schools and public institutions, which can quickly find out about the optimum storage conditions for different foods thanks to a standardized grid of tables.
