Maz certificates for social media professionals

At the beginning of December 2014, nine participants completed the eleven-day course on social media led by Christian Schenkel.

"The mix of high practical relevance and top speakers was enormously beneficial," says Matthias Singer from the Swiss Farmers' Association, assessing the compact course "Social Media - Companies in Dialogue". In the course, the graduates dealt with the strategic and conceptual requirements for the successful use of social media. They expanded their skills in dealing with the most important platforms as well as in content and community management. They also learned how brand management, media relations, crisis communication, employer branding and campaigns work on social media. Finally, the participants learned how to critically examine the impact of social media and how to deal with internal company resistance when introducing dialog media. "The compact course on social media," said Peter Kaufmann from the Swiss Bankers Association, "was time well spent!"
